- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are simple and affordable. Prices are dependent on distance and weight. distance: address from and address to -> rate: cent per pound ($/lb) weight of loaded truck - weight of empty truck = weight in lbs Note: Any of the 3 things listed below will slightly increase your rate if they apply 1. stairs or elevator at loading or unloading 2. storage of goods in truck for more days than needed to fulfill move. 3. unusually heavy items like piano, pool table and others BOTTOM LINE: PRICE ONCE ESTABLISHED WILL NOT CHANGE, NO SURPRISES.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
IT IS OUR JOB TO EASE YOUR MOVE! We make the process simple; WE TALK TO YOU, WE QUOTE YOU, WE MOVE YOU. We talk to you on the phone, reply to your email/texts/other communication. We request for the necessary information, we give you a Quality For Less quote, if you like it we move you. We don't have surprises, we are straight forward. We are professionals first and easy going second. We are licensed and insured so for your protection we do the necessary paperwork and heed to all laws.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most movers in this company used to work for other moving companies. Together we strain to make moving easy and smooth. We challenge ourselves to get better everyday. Our goal is simple, Ease the move. 'It is our job to ease your move.' In this company we constantly remind ourselves that, "It is not a nice thing to make a move easy, it is our job.'
