Pricing is upfront and itemized. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. Every project starts with a free, detailed estimate. What sets us apart: we offer in house financing with low monthly payments and current rebate offers. Quality remodeling does not have to wait for a big upfront budget. Have a budget in mind? Tell us. We will design a project that fits.

Four simple steps. Free in home consultation. We visit, measure, and listen. Detailed itemized estimate. Plus financing options if you want them. Skilled build. Clean site, clear communication, daily updates. Final walkthrough. We are not done until you are thrilled. One point of contact the whole way. No juggling subcontractors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dawn Construction is a fully licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor in Washington State. Our crew brings years of hands on experience in carpentry, framing, tile, drywall, finish work, roofing, decking, and flooring. Several team members have over a decade in the trades. We invest in ongoing training so we stay current on building codes and the techniques that matter most for Pacific Northwest homes. Happy to share our WA contractor license number on request.
