They were highly responsive and were able to come out quickly to do the inspection. We received a comprehensive report within 24 hours of the inspection. The engineer took his time explaining everything during the visit and answered all of our questions. He also identified potential issues with the chimney that weren’t necessarily in scope so that we could have a specialist do further inspection. We’ve since hired a chimney specialist who confirmed that there are significant issues. The general inspection never saw that. Victor T. says, "I needed to place a storage container on my property and the city told me I had to have a site plan drawn up in order for them to approve a permit for me to have this storage container on my lot. Well, to be frank with you I had no idea what to do, but I did know one thing I needed an Architect to draw up this site plan but want to have it done by some local in the town and city where I live. So, I quickly jotted done all the key information the city gave me I needed and looked up 3 Architects in my town and went on their site and introduce myself and copy & paste the how and where the information I needed to have this container placed on my property. Less than 30 minutes Luis from LBD Services CAD Drafting and BIM modeling contacted me back introduced himself and ask what I needed, so I explained all the details that were given to me by the city, he listened very patiently to every word I said and when I was finished, he explained every detail of what I would need and told me he can do the job and gave me a very reasonable price I had no problem with. He also told me that he would start on a rough draft of the site plan and he would go back and forth showing it to me until we got it right. We did that and it was faster than I thought because he got it right on the second rough draft, once I OK it and told him his draft was absolutely correct with where the city wanted me to place the storage container, Lous assure me this project wouldn’t be a problem and to start the project I would have to pay half of the fee upfront and the balance when the project was completed. I did that through PayPal, after receiving the monies Louis told me he had to go on a site to finish a job he was working on prior to me contacting him and after that is completed, he will start on my site plan. Two days later he contacted me to let me know the previous project was finished and my project was next on the table. One day later he contacted me and told me my project will be completed that night and he would email it to me with some extra instructions for the city to understand the full detail of his work. That night he did email the site plan to me and it was just as prescribed, the next morning I pay him the balance owed and he thanked me. I truly felt comfortable working with Luis and would definitely use his service again if needed and most definitely would recommend his work/service to others because he was friendly and pinpoint accurate with his work and he did give me a courtesy phone call to clarify everything with me and to also make sure I fully understood all the details of what I needed and what the city needed from me to grant this permit."See more
