Since I have no plans to sell the home anytime soon, my goal was to understand any potential structural issues early and address them proactively rather than wait for problems to develop.Morteza was thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. They were highly responsive and were able to come out quickly to do the inspection. We received a comprehensive report within 24 hours of the inspection. The engineer took his time explaining everything during the visit and answered all of our questions. He also identified potential issues with the chimney that weren’t necessarily in scope so that we could have a specialist do further inspection. We’ve since hired a chimney specialist who confirmed that there are significant issues. The general inspection never saw that. I highly recommend hiring RSH to do a structural inspection in addition to a general inspection if you’re buying a house."See more
