Peter and his team were very easy to work with. They were responsive, communicative and the work was very good. We had a 3000 sq. ft. unoccupied office space with desks to get cleaned up for a sublease. Peter met with us first to look the space over and provide an estimate of services and costs. He understood our needs and budget, and was very friendly. He and one other associate came at the arranged time and day, and were very thorough with their cleaning. He followed up afterward to make sure we were satisfied with the space before accepting payment. I would recommend Mighty-N-Tidy to anyone looking for a solid cleaning service, superior customer service and great prices.

Mighty-N-Tidy has been taking care of our space over the last six weeks, and we could not be more pleased! Mighty-N-Tidy offers thorough cleaning for our active community center. As the Director, I cannot understate how wonderful it is to know that the building will be in such good hands week after week. I highly recommend the team at Mighty-N-Tidy. We are a church who shares school space, and hired M&T to clean a large meeting area/classroom with bathrooms on Sunday evenings after our weekend use. Peter came in to evaluate the space, made suggestions, showed up and supervised his staff person, and is deep cleaning after years of neglect by another agency/hired staff. I have been impressed with his regular communication, his attention to detail, and his clear interested in the cleanliness of the space, not merely compliance with my direction. Two thumbs up!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with the customer to give them the most cost-effective pricing that fits their specific needs. In some cases that may be by the square foot and in other cases it will be by "man hours." One thing is for sure, you will be given the best cleaning service! We pride ourselves on being the best.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take the time to really listen to what the customer wants and expects from a cleaning service. We also like to make suggestions that maybe they have not even thought of as an emphasis on cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over ten years of commercial cleaning experience and on the job training.
