I am a general contractor, very experienced, and I can do all phases of constructions, any type of floor, kitchens, and bathrooms. I am seeking projects in Renton and Bellevue areas. My staff and I are very experienced in installing tiles and engineered hardwood floors, and we have been doing it since 2012. We have completed a wide range of projects for bathroom and kitchen remodeling, countertop and backsplash installation and floors replacements using a wide range of materials and designs. We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of the job.

I’ll give 6 out of 5 stars for Alex if I could. I asked Alex to start with a small project first, he finished with very good quality. I loved his work, then asked him to work on two bathroom remodeling, including a complete renovation on master bathroom.
He’s super on beautiful details, very communicative, easy to work with, punctual, and with very reasonable price. I have recommended him to all my friends and will definitely work with him again.

Alex's quality of work, both demo and tiling, was excellent. He provided the most competitive quote compared to the other six bidders based on my detailed project requirements. Alex is very detailed oriented and provides creative options. He was very responsive to all of my phone calls, emails and text messages. Alex was very attentive to both setup and cleanup. He showed up on time every scheduled day. You will be hard pressed to find a better "best bang for the buck" high quality Tile person than Alex. I should know, I was a successful residential building contractor for five years. I will add photos later after my Plumber has trimmed out the Hall Bathroom as Alex tiled the shower walls, installed a custom niche, tiled the floor, and lastly, installed tile base, all of which included Schluter edge trim.
