We specialize in Day-of Services and work closely with DIY couples. We are a team of three with passion for wedding coordination and with lots of love for working with bride and grooms!! We are fun, professional and knowledgeable day of coordinators and we are ready to coordinate your wedding so you can focus on celebrating.
We love working with couples who put together their own wedding. We come in at the end of your planning and make sure your wedding day is executed just the way you planned it.

Fitsum was great to work with! She was friendly, energetic and took her responsibility seriously. She planned ahead and took the time to go over the full agenda for the evening to make sure it went as smoothly as possible. It was priceless to have her on hand the day of the event because she knew how to handle problems as they came up. Huge Thanks! Book her to make sure you're event goes well! She is a star!

Words cannot express our gratitude for Fitsum. The wedding was something that has truly exceeded both my bride and I’s expectations! It was the PERFECT wedding and it's all because of her.
I came to Fitsum with the idea that she’d make all of the day’s events merge seamlessly together and to allow us to enjoy the night, and she’s worked her magic and brought it to life. Everything from going above and beyond in setting up meetings beforehand weeks in advance, to meeting up with our decorator to better understand the layout we’ve chosen, to following up and coordinating with vendors, to setting up the favors table and last minute details of the hall, to buying extra items that were needed, to coordinating the sparkler exit, to setting up the after party, and much more! If you think you don't need a wedding coordinator, think again because choosing her was easily the best decision we’ve made, and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN!
Fitsum is a top-notch planner and we are incredibly lucky to have had her help. She’s always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control and helped to alleviate any additional stress. Fitsum is like a design genius! It's like she was reading our minds. I loved everything she came up with, She respected our inputs and added her special designer eye to our ideas. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. Everything, every person, every moment... Even now we keep having guests commenting on how this wedding was one of the best ones they’ve ever attended 😊
The best part was that she brought in extra help when she’s realized the amount of work to be needed. That sort of attention to detail has resonated within us, and we could not be happier with the job she did in helping us create a timeline that we felt good about, and seeing how she turned our vision into a reality to make our reception into pure perfection. Fitsum was super friendly and easy to work with. She listened to what we were envisioning, and really made sure that our wedding day was beautiful and perfect. She made sure that anything we could have needed that night was taken care of before we even realized we needed something. She was super organized and we were not worried about a single thing the whole night. I highly recommend Fitsum to absolutely anyone! Trust me, you want her as a planner!!

Fitsum has helped us tremendously with my wedding planning. Our wedding is not until May, but I felt the need to give her awesome reviews because she is just great at what she does and I wouldn't know what we would do without her. My fiancé and I have never planned a wedding before, so we have no idea what we needed to do. We thought that since we are having a destination wedding then it will be easier to plan everything, but we were wrong. There was so much stuff we didn't know and Fitsum has helped us tremendously even with a short time frame of 6 months. She helped us plan our at home reception and we can just focus in our destination wedding. She is easy to contact and easy to work with. She always respond to my emails and questions within a day, not only that she gave us great recommendations and tips. She also helped us pick out and reach out to our venues. She definitely has help relieve a lot of stress prior to our wedding and I couldn't have ask for a better wedding planner. We highly recommend her to anyone that we know!

Hiring Fitsum and Bryn as our day of coordinators was one of the best decisions we made. If anything went wrong on my wedding day, no one told me! They both kept everything on track, were so organized, made sure we ate! Haha! They made our wedding day the perfect relaxing day and took care of absolutely every little stressful detail in the background. My only regret is not getting at least one picture with Fitsum and Bryn! Thank you thank you thank you both!!
