Hi - had issues with our dryer showing 95 pct air flow blocked, called SOS Dryer Vent Cleaning and Max came out a few days later. After inspecting the duct Max begin working on clearing the duct which was significantly blocked. He was eventually able to break apart the blockage and blow up tons of lint. Excellent job and will have him back for cleaning / maintenance next year. Price was reasonable for the amount of time spent getting the blockage out. Dryer runs great now, he even changed out the vent cap on the outside of the house.

My dryer showed an airflow restriction warning, so I called HomeSafe for dryer vent service and I’m really glad I did. Justin was excellent — very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly with no high-pressure sales.
He cleaned out the dryer vents, replaced the hoses on our washer, and did a full inspection. He even found that the dryer vent on my roof wasn’t up to code and had a screen on it, which is a fire hazard. He showed me photos and explained everything.
What really impressed me was his honesty. The quote he gave me was actually reduced after the work was done because everything went smoothly.

I have an allergy, so I am always paying attention to the air quality of the house. After researching our county’s air quality, I wanted to help people who wants to breathe fresh air.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently we cleaned a place where people produced meth. It was a huge Lab. Honestly after cleaning and disinfection whole vents and changed all the filters, I felt so much easier my self. It took us 6 hours( usually that kind of jobs takes 2-3 hours max)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
