- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple and upfront. Chimney cleaning + inspection is $199, chimney inspection only is $69, gas fireplace diagnostic/repair visit is $49, and masonry repair estimates are free. If we find any repairs needed, we explain the issue clearly and provide a quote before starting any extra work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask a few questions about the chimney or fireplace issue and schedule a convenient appointment. When we arrive, we inspect the system, take photos if needed, and explain what we find. If cleaning or repair is needed, we give clear options and upfront pricing before doing the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience working with chimney systems, gas fireplaces, masonry repairs, crowns, caps, flashing, leak issues, and chimney cleaning. We focus on safety, proper inspection, clean work, and explaining every job clearly so homeowners understand exactly what needs to be done.
