Great experience. My outdoor fireplace wasn’t working. Gentlemen fixed fast and also had time to clean the glass on another indoor unit. Charges a fair fee for both. Will add to my list if vendors.

Our pricing is simple and upfront. Chimney cleaning + inspection is $199, chimney inspection only is $69, gas fireplace diagnostic/repair visit is $49, and masonry repair estimates are free. If we find any repairs needed, we explain the issue clearly and provide a quote before starting any extra work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask a few questions about the chimney or fireplace issue and schedule a convenient appointment. When we arrive, we inspect the system, take photos if needed, and explain what we find. If cleaning or repair is needed, we give clear options and upfront pricing before doing the work.
