Ben was quick to diagnose a problem I was having with our heat pump where it would attempt to start itself even when I had turned it off at the thermostat. There was shorting/arcing happening on one of the contacts and there were signs of burning so… it wasn’t my imagination. The bill was quite high ($479 + tax + CC fee) for a $20 part replacement, and I wish I’d been given a quote ahead of said replacement, but considering *I* didn’t know what was wrong, I have no familiarity with heat pumps, the unit is ancient, and I probably would not have noticed that issue even if I’d taken that panel off 😫😖 it is what it is. We did also come away with some useful information about the condition of our heat pump to pass on to our landlord about service and replacement. I wanted to know whether the unit we had was functioning as intended and I got my answer.

Nathan and his brother Ben arrived on time, performed the diagnostic inspection, clearly explained the problem and its remedy, promptly ordered repair parts, and installed the parts, then returned at no charge for a final refining adjustment. Prices were fair for the work, and their courtesy and quality service were excellent. Will use their services again. Great value!
