- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, clear, and designed to make sure the customer feels confident from start to finish. First, we review the customer’s request and schedule a quick consultation to understand the project details. If needed, we visit the site to take measurements, assess conditions, and discuss options. Next, we provide a clear written estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and total cost. Once approved, we schedule the project at a convenient time and prepare all necessary materials and equipment. We keep the customer updated throughout the entire process to ensure smooth communication. Finally, we complete the work with attention to detail, do a final walkthrough with the customer, and make sure everything meets expectations before closing the project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in the construction industry through hands-on experience working on different residential projects and learning the trade over time. I built my skills step by step in the field, focusing on quality workmanship and reliability. After gaining experience and confidence in the work, I decided to start my own company so I could provide better service directly to customers and take full responsibility for the quality of every project.
