Brief Bio: I have over 35 years in the hospitality industry as a 4 star chef with basic cost control/ purchasing management, menu planning, customer service, training staff, and event specialist, along with 40 years as an artist, 25 years in stage/theater productions, spiritual philosopher/ ordained minister, and I have a Master’s degree in Education. I have been developing holistic education programs for over 15 years helping individuals who suffer from Complex PTSD and PTS.
