This was our first time visiting Seattle and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Green Lake Retreat. We appreciated that the host thoughtfully provided us with a few snacks upon arrival and that toiletries were also available for our use. The house was clean and there was ample space for us to watch TV in the family room, cook together in the kitchen, and dine at the table. Also, the houses location was ideal in that we could walk around the park near the lake, walk to the grocery store (PCC is nearby) or stroll to a nearby caf or restaurant. It was also close to I-5 which was convenient for getting around the city and coming from/going to the airport. Would highly recommend this home to others.

We absolutely loved Lauras property! The house is wonderful, cozy, and inviting. The layout, with separate upstairs and downstairs floors, provides great privacy when traveling with multiple guests.The kitchen is amazingly equipped! I haven't seen such high-quality equipment in any other houses Ive stayed in. The location was perfect for usclose enough to the city, yet quiet and peaceful.Communication with Laura was excellent! She was always responsive and replied very quickly. All of this made our stay in Seattle truly wonderful. This home is highly recommended, and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I gladly would!

Spotless, fresh, and newly renovated with everything you could need, this place is even better than the photos. It has AC, snacks, a fireplace, a rooftop, and a great location near groceries and the light rail. Perfect for groups or couples wanting extra space.Laura was an amazing hostaccommodating, flexible when we asked to add an extra day, and she walked me through my first Airbnb booking which made it a breeze. Check-in was seamless and check-out instructions were clear. You will hear some street noise since its close to the highway, but the convenience makes up for it. Truly a home away from home and absolutely worth booking!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is completely customized per owner and property. We don't have a set price because it is dependent on how hands-on the owner wants to be in the process and the condition of the property.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial meeting with our sales team, followed by sending out a market analysis for the property's potential income and setup package choices with example contracts. Once the sales team has hammered out the details, and the customer has signed on, we move straight into on-boarding and pace it according to the customer's timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our management team has a combined 30 years of property management experience. Our sales director has a Managing Broker Real Estate License, and we have two team members currently in training to receive theirs. We have done extensive training programs and research regarding the beginnings of and changes over time in the short-term rental space. We are also committed to exploring new avenues and products as they arise to provide the most return to owners and the best guest experience. Our Operations manager regularly attends webinars and reaches out to companies regarding this.
