Dennis replaced the dead fan/light in the bathroom of our condo on QA. It's a rental for us now and we live out of state so finding someone to do this type of smaller project work is challenging, to find someone who does it well and to completion is more so.
Dennis ended up making 3 trips to complete the project including patching the hole when the new model ended up being 'just a little bit' smaller than the 1978 version that was replaced. He was friendly and communicative and worked directly with my tenants to scheudle times that worked for them. Thank you Dennis.

My typical process of working with a new customer is introduce myself to them, find out what the problem is, get my tools and get the job done, show the customer my work, then get paid by thanking them for the opportunity to work for them.

I have been replacing hundreds of water heaters during the years that I was a Maintenance Technician.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was an apartment Maintenance Technician for over 25 years. Then I decided to go out on my own .
