Very polite and although the washing machine was not worth repairing, he was very professional about delivering the bad news. He came all the way from Washington to Salem, and only charged $75 for the trip. Very good value.

Safar replied immediately, scheduling was easy, he came on time, texted me his ETA. He knew what to do for 3 appliances that weren't working right. For one, he had to order a part and came back in a few days to install it. He worked efficiently and effectively, and now the dryer dries in one cycle (not 3-4), the hot water lasts through a whole shower, the dishwasher soap distributes itself nicely. I would have him back in the future for repairs. He was prompt, pleasant, easy to talk with, and answered my questions helpfully.
