Safar was quick to respond to my repair request with immediate availability. He showed up on time, provided an accurate diagnosis, and had the parts needed for the repair with him. His work ethic is professional and communicative and his work came with a 3 month labor and parts warranty. His price for the job was fair and I absolutely will be contacting him in the future for any other appliance needs.

Our dishwasher was breaking down, and Safar came to the rescue. It was easy to schedule an appointment with him—he arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Within an hour, he identified the problem, ordered the replacement part, and returned the next day to complete the repair. Our dishwasher is now working perfectly. Safar repaired my 30+ year old Maytag dryer. He also took the time to explain to me how it worked and what exactly needed to be done. He was very thorough as he completely checked out the dryer, taking his time in order to make a correct diagnosis of the problem. Once that was done and he had my permission, he fixed it very quickly. On top of all this, he cleaned the out inside so it looks just like new AND it's running like new too! I would not hesitate to hire him again for any other appliance in my home that needed to be repaired! Thank you Safar.

I contacted Safar when my dryer started making a clunking sound. He was able to come the same day and worked on the dryer for a while and completely cleaned vacuumed the inside. The repair seemed to work, but later that afternoon the sound came back. Safar was very responsive and came back the next day to dig deeper and make additional repairs. He was professional, fair, a good value, knowledgeable and honest. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again!
