We cannot recommend Graff Build Company highly enough! We hired Graff while preparing our modern West Seattle home for sale, and what started as one project quickly grew into many others. They were easy to communicate with, open to the pivots, willing to work with our tight timeline, and they did all the work to make our house look new again. Every time our scope changed or we uncovered additional work, they were transparent about pricing, explained our options, and honored the prices they quoted. They completed an impressive range of work for us, including extensive drywall repair with flawless texture matching, electrical work, fireplace carpentry and refinishing, siding repairs, chandelier installation, tile and finish work, and an entire list of repairs from our pre-listing inspection, including crawl-space work, vapor barrier installation, dryer duct insulation, handrail repair, bathroom sealing, and plumbing-related repairs. The quality of their craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Their drywall and texture matching are exceptional—you truly cannot tell where the repairs were made! (And almost every wall in our house was in need of extensive cosmetic repairs.) Every project was completed with the same attention to detail, whether it was a highly visible repair inside our home or work hidden away in the crawl space. They were punctual every day, communicated extremely well, worked seamlessly alongside our painters and carpet installers, and kept the work areas spotless. Whenever they encountered something unexpected, they immediately reached out with photos, explained the situation clearly, and made sure we were comfortable before moving forward. They also sent before-and-after photos throughout the project, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. Our realtor was incredibly impressed with both the quality of their work and how smoothly everything came together under a very tight timeline.
