Introduction: I'm not afraid to try something new. Design is forever changing and those changes are based on old techniques done differently. It takes that one person to try that "something different" and I am not afraid to take those risks. Nothing I do is a failure, there is always something to be learned. This knowledge allows me to push the limitations of my designs and really surprise people with the unexpected. I enjoy the whole transformation. The process that takes something from what it is, to what it could be, and then to what it becomes.

I highly recommend Erin. She helped us design the complete layout of our kitchen remodel. We tore down some walls and she drew the final drawings for our contractor and reconfigured the entire kitchen including cabinets, appliance, putting in an island and the layout of lighting and electrical. She is very thorough and thoughtful with her designs. My husband and I didn't agree on much and she helped us understand the pros and cons of the different options. she's a great communicator and always followed through. We did not hire Erin to PM the project end to end initially, but when we started having trouble with our contractor she stepped in firmly to help steer him on track as best we could. She really went out of her way and took our project very seriously as if it was her own home helping us drive to the end result we wanted so we were happy. I look forward to partnering with her in the future on the color schemes and furniture layout now that the construction is complete.

Super creative, yet very realistic on budget mixing higher end with more reasonable pieces for a great effect. Excellent at spatial design and revisioning an existing space -transforming it. Strong commmnicator, works great also on email and sending look books to refine style. Billing on time and professional and great value. Helps make decisions and very good with vendors and drawing layouts etc. I will use again!

Overall great experience working directly with the owner and designer, Erin. Erin created a lviingroom layout for us, as well as a lighting plan that laid out exactly where to install multiple pot lights to get a specific desired lighting effect. Erik also helped us choose furniture pieces that would go into our unique space (1910 style speakeasy). Erin quickly grasped our unique style and began making suggestions immediately for design decisions that would directly complement and enhance the design we were aiming for. We would work with Erin again in a heartbeat.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My home means a lot to me and I have the skills to make it what I want. I want to give other people the same opportunity of living in their dream homes as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done a lot of consultations with real estate agents who are helping their clients get their homes ready to put on the market. This ranges from color and material selection to bathroom remodels. I have also helped clients after they have purchased a home to renovate it creating their dream home.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't just rely on someone's reputation or experience. Just because someone comes highly recommended or has a lot of experience doesn't mean they are the right fit for you. Work with someone who is more interested in accomplishing your design for your space then their ideas for your space.
