- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate and can give a time range for the various services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First understand what the client's goals are, then indicate an approximate range based on hourly rates. If a resume is part of the arrangement, I typically ask for the most current version, I check out their LinkedIn (if they have one), and we speak/meet to discuss the role they want next.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, continuing education is part of keeping certifications current. I also enjoy reading about different and new coaching approaches and frameworks. I am a geek that way.
