Chaz and his team installed water heaters and disposers in our home and at our rental property and fixed some misc plumbing issues at both. They took the time to do it right and really went above and beyond.Chaz was quick to visit both locations and provided very thorough quotes. They were able to do both jobs within about a week of the initial contact.I highly recommend Green City Plumbing, they are now my go-to team for all things plumbing!

We had a full blockage of our sewer pipe on a Thursday night and Chaz was so kind and willing to help. He even offered to come out that night around 5:30 or 6 PM.On Friday, he spent the entire day trying to sneak this drain and working with our tenants and our neighbor. It was a lot to coordinate and its not fun work. He checked and often throughout the process as he went step-by-step logically through the problem. This isnt our first rodeo so we could tell he really knew what he was doing.After trying every clean out we had, and the neighbors to (whom our pipe connects with) he gave us the bad news that we didnt need to dig up the pipe. He was right. He identified exactly where the obstruction was and Doug right to it the next day. He spent all day Saturday with his crew on it and really moved things around to get our plumbing functional again. We really appreciated it. He worked with all the stakeholders and he was kind and empathetic the entire time, despite working in the evenings and on the weekend. He also gave a reasonable price, less than the other plumber we had explore the problem.I cant recommend him enough. We were not on site and yet he worked with our tenants and the neighbor and got this fixed much faster than the last time we had something like this happen at another home.He billed exactly what he promised. He texted us videos and photos that we requested. Thank you so much, Chaz for saving the day!

We needed a new hot water heater and Chaz was able to replace and fix what wasnt done with the other tank. He is very conscious of making sure it is done well so you wont have any problems! He also cleans around the area very well. He is who we are calling from now on.

Green City replaced water heater and serviced garbage disposal. Of all the plumbing contractor services I have used as a home owner in the Seattle area, the service provided by Green City was hands down the best. On time, professional service at a fair price.
