Introduction: I track your numbers and help you understand the numbers, so you can run your business. I charge a flat monthly rate for service, scaled to your business' transaction volume. You know how much your bookkeeping will cost every month. I review your transaction volume as part of the first time setup to determine a base monthly flat rate. Very low volume or very new businesses will have a smaller fee and larger and more established business will have a higher monthly fee. If your business increases dramatically, your fee may increase; I'll give you plenty of notice if that happens, and you'll probably notice anyway! Services are performed mostly remotely, and we can meet in person as much as needed to exchange paperwork, have coffee and talk business. Your service includes a subscription to QuickBooks online plus and payroll if necessary, and you can check in on your own books any time from the comfort of your own desk.
