- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is hourly basis. But there are times that client prefer a fixed monthly rate to accommodate their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting would usually involved getting to know my client. Understanding what they need, proposing a plan and agreeing on the solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Business Management and Accounting, more than 6 years of experience working with different industries and 6 years of volunteering and small business accounting service.
