Brian was great to work with. He walked me through my whole house and pointed out some of the unique plumbing issues of my 100+ year old place. He was on time, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

He was knowledgable enough to catch that the work we hired him to do may not have been the best solution. First, he saved us $1300 and the frustration on doing an expensive job that would have failed because, though it would have 'solved' the issue it was about to cause other problems. Furthermore, he was very generous and inquisitive to help us narrow down what could be the real issue then was very honest that the issue was not within his expertise, even though what he ended up giving as the suggestion to look into turned out to be exactly what the 'expert' who we called in afterward said was the problem. Looking forward to having Brian's contact at the top of our Plumbing list.

Needed a bidet installed, which should be a simple job if you have the right tools, but as a renter and no maintenance upkeeps, I have a limited number of tools and desperately needed my bidet installed in my new apartment. (If you haven’t crossed over to the bidet side, WHAT are you waiting for?!? Get you a clean hiney!)
Brian was amazing and problem solved quickly. Such a joy to chat with while he worked and as a woman home alone, I felt respected and completely safe.
