Oleksandr, did an amazing job. He was very professional, knowledgeable and prompt. He got my oven back functioning just in time for the holidays and ran a diagnostic check in my washer. He didn’t find any problems and/or leaking with my washer. Probably just user error. The repair cost wasn’t bad and was around the price I expected. I’ll definitely be using them in the future should anything else happen with my appliances.

Leo was friendly, knowledgeable and really great to work with. He did a very professional job diagnosing, repairing and keeping me up to date across 2 visits. He did a great job of explaining things. He was courteous, he listened and he was responsive to concerns and questions. He had a professional appearance (uniform) and polite manner - I really appreciate when people put effort into service details like that. (Makes me feel they'll probably be conscientious about the job, too - which Leo was!) And the cost was reasonable. I'll definitely call 98 Appliance Repair again.
