FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s $90 to come out and diagnose the problem and give the customer an estimate for the repair(if repair can’t be completed same day and replacement parts are needed)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We DO NOT do over the phone diagnosis. We need to come out to the home and diagnose the problem correctly. Just because you “think” it’s one thing, doesn’t make it so. For example: if you have a dryer that is not heating, don’t just assume it’s the heating element because there’s other components inside the dryer that can cause it not to heat. The dryer needs to be taken apart and all the components of the heating system need to be tested to determine the correct problem. We DO NOT carry all parts for all makes and models out there in the world as this is nearly impossible for any appliance repair company to have parts for all makes and models on hand so most likely parts will have to be ordered and a return visit will be warranted. We know your appliance needs to be fixed quickly, we get it, but it is a process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Two years apprenticeship and one year doing warranty work.
