- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As each project is unique, I tailor my fee to the needs of each project, providing only those services that are required for a successful project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process has 3 stages: 1) project feasibility, where the various code requirements (setbacks, lot coverage, sensitive areas, easements, etc.) are identified. 2) Preliminary design: space and program requirements are integrated with the code requirements. Floor plan and exterior design options developed. 3) Permit drawings developed and coordinated with other disciplines (structural, civil etc.)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Four year Architectural program at the University of Pennsylvania. Graduate Architectural degree from the University of Idaho.
