I like most about my job is that the client comes home to a clean home that's a great feeling for them and me, that I helped in that and now the client can relax and enjoy themselves with friends or family.

So I had an appt on the 19th @9 or 10 in the morning. Well I show up and wait for 1.5 for someone to show up, not remembering if the appt was at 9/10!? Well need less to say no one showed up, no one called to tell me they werent coming & no one called me back after calling them several times. I WOULD NEVER REFER THEM TO ANYONE AND HOPE NO ONE USES THEM!!!
HORRIBLE!!!!
