How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to go into this line of work back in 1986. Times were tough but the service sector was booming. I decided on janitorial because I needed to learn a skill that would provide a future for me. Back then I did window cleaning for myself on the side.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The bulk of what I do is divided into four catagories. #1 - retail window cleaning #2 - residential window cleaning #3 - office and warehouse cleaning #4 - sidewalk maintenance (trash pick up and power blowing) + graffiti removal.
