Introduction: Fitness Revolution is for women and men of all fitness levels. Sessions are designed to accomodate all levels of fitness from beginner to advanced. The sessions are a combination of techniques and fitness exercises that are fun and results-driven! No boring same workout everytime, they change up consistently to continue challenging your muscles and brain. Personal training is offered for 60, 45, or 30 min sessions.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Training for weight loss, endurance, toning, running events, and triathlons. Training for overall wellness and developing a strong core I work with men, women, and kids ages 10 and older. All of my clients receive a copy of my nutrition guidelines in order to help them live a healthier and more energetic life. My nutrition program will aid in weight loss and improved athletic performance. all of my training is dependent on the individual client goals. All training sessions begin with an assessment and evaluation of current fitness level.

    Don't be afraid or intimidated. Getting fit and eating right is a process and hiring a good trainer will help you get the results you desire.
