- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is negotiable. We are totally reasonable and are always willing to adjust if needed .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we do a site visit and meet 8n person we put together an estimate which we send via email. The customer can accept it electronically , we send some more paperwork, get a deposit for 50% of the job. Then we begin work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Joe has worked as a union operator for 30 years now. Meg worked for minority contractor in tacoma as the contract administrator, later she was a general contractor in Bellingham installing stoves and finally Joe and meg joined forces In 2020.
