- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of work and the customer, we either bill hourly for design and labor, or a flat rate estimate for the total of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since every project is unique, we try to have an initial phone consultation to assess the needs of the project. If needed, we will schedule an in person consultation to gather further information. From there, we will create an estimate, discuss this with the customer, and upon approval, schedule the work on the calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 16 years of home improvement and construction experience to bring to the table. We have completed projects ranging from unique to traditional. This includes everything from camper conversions, mobile offices and custom furniture building to traditional construction including framing, masonry, roofing, and everything in between.
