- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote prices to the best of my ability. If you are not happy with the cost of my service I would prefer to talk through it so that we can find a price that we are both happy with. Pine City, uses state of the art carpet cleaning equipment, which we will guarantee you the best carpet service you have ever experienced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give each customer a fair and honest quote, provide proof of business license and insurance, and explaining why my cleaning equipment and business motto will provide them with the cleanest carpets every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 year college degree with a B.A in Business Management. I also have 10 years experience in the customer service and labor industry. I strive to build lifetime relationships with my customers through my professional experience and drive to succeed.
