Just had my carpetscleaned by Power Pup and Emir was amazing! He was thorough, knowledgeable and transparent. As a bonafide clean freak, I really appreciated Emir's careful analysis of our home and thoughtfulness around my sensitivity to smells and chemicals. Highly recommend!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple and transparent. Our base pricing covers a professional deep clean, and any additional services like pet treatment or heavy stain removal are discussed and approved before we begin. There are no hidden fees — everything is confirmed upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding your needs and the areas you’d like cleaned. We provide a clear upfront quote and confirm all details before scheduling. On the day of service, we inspect the carpets, go over any problem areas, and complete a deep clean using professional equipment. We always review the results with you before finishing to make sure you’re satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve spent years working hands-on in carpet and upholstery cleaning, using professional-grade equipment and industry-approved methods. Our team is trained to handle everything from standard cleaning to heavy pet treatments, stains, and odor removal safely and effectively.
