- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $59 estimate fee that gets us to your door to diagnose the issue or walkthrough the project/task you'd like done and provide you a quote. We have a $300 minimum for any work. The $59 will be waived if you accept our quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get as much info as we can via message, text, or call. If possible, we provide a quote remotely based on the information we have. If needed we can do an in person visit. If the quote is approved, we'll work with the client to figure out an ideal day and time to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Washington licensed electricians with 8+ years of experience each.
