- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on project square footage, with a minimum fee. We review the scope and provide a project quote. Licensed structural engineering, surveying, and other licensed professional services, when required, are coordinated separately and quoted separately.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation about your home, goals, scope, and timing. We review existing plans, field measurement, and survey needs, then develop preliminary floor plans and elevations for your review. Preliminary designs typically take 12–15 business days after payment; your project schedule is confirmed during scope review. We refine the design through virtual reviews and prepare the agreed permit drawing package. The owner, builder, or local professional submits where applicable, and the local authority determines approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has architectural design and drafting training, including Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, and standard drafting practices. We apply the residential code and jurisdiction requirements appropriate to the project.
