I enjoyed working with Emerald City. They did good work at a good price.
Just a few pieces of constructive feedback, I paid for the ‘move out clean’ which I believe is the most expensive option. I think what I got was more of a ‘deep clean.’ In my mind, move out clean means EVERYTHING gets washed and it looks like no one has ever lived here. When they arrived, I asked them to be sure and clean the kitchen walls since I noticed some marks. They said that wasn’t included and since we didn’t talk about it prior they couldn’t add it. I feel like that should definitely be included. Noticed a few other things that probably aren’t included in a deep clean but in my opinion should be for ‘move outs’. I think this just comes down to semantics and assumptions.
Like I said, I still think it was good value for the money. They were very communicative and able to schedule quickly. The cleaners themselves were very friendly and professional. I would book again.
