If I could give a 10/10 stars, I would. My computer got bricked by the recent Windows 11 update. This guy was the first I saw for IT that was within budget for me. He was extremely thorough with diagnostics and running through solutions. He managed to save all of my important files and data before my computer got officially bricked. He had great customer service, stayed late trying to save my computer, was knowledgeable, installed new parts for me and knew what he was talking about and came to my house to help me! My family was planning to get me a new computer anyways and my roommate will salvage my old one for parts. I’m satisfied at the end of the day and he definitely took care of the mundane stuff I didn’t want to sit through. Very flexible and accommodating. I’ll be keeping him in my phone for any future services or maintenance I might need to pay for. Thanks for your help!
