My external hard drive was no longer recognized by my computer.
I made my request for a repair on a Friday night and had a quote and a repair date in 1 1/2 hours. Ben met me the next day and my data was transferred to a new, larger, more reliable disk by the following Thursday when I got back in town. Excellent service at a reasonable price!!

My computer crashed and I lost several years worth of
job files. I went to thumbtack, described my problem and the second quote I got mentioned a tech in Edmonds. Pricing was good and I had the hard drive to him within an hour. 2 days later I had all my files back and was up to speed the next day. It would have taken me thousands of hours to recreate those files.

Computer had been incompletely updated by an amateur and was not working properly. Tech Experts showed up right on time and got everything working in an hour, and improved how everything worked overall. Their cost was reasonable, and they responded to my thumbtack request immediately-- before the other three--who responded quickly as well, but not before we had hired our Experts.
