King is an experienced carpenter, who I've had work for me on 2 separate projects. In the first project he remodelled my basement bathroom. The job was started by another team, but King came along -- finishing out the job, and correcting mistakes the first crew had made. On the second job, King did the majority of the work for approximately 800sqft of basement remodel. Doing framing, drywall, fixtures, flooring, rerouting a staircase and moulding. He led a small crew (painters and laborers), and accomplished the job relatively quickly. King is delightful and friendly to work with. He was mindful of little things.. like calling ahead when he's about to arrive (he can come EARLY some days :) ) as well as treating my autistic son with a lot of respect.

King was good. He did some minor electrical work for me. He took the time to research the best course of action and gave me the time I needed. I would definitely hire him again.

We worked with King to add some space in our attic for storage. Not a huge space and pretty dusty up there so I appreciated his ability to roll up sleeves and get it done. My intent was function over form, but I know he’s capable of good finish work too. He was reliable and friendly and did the work on time at the cost he quoted me. Happy to refer him to friends.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I ask for a cup o coffee for the estimate when I view it. My price is based on my working the job with my project manager. And I do intend on working with other ppl to teach my skill sets to to carry on for future ppl needing this type o work. I am not cheap, nor over priced. My price is for you to have quality craftsmanship when complete. In most cases I can carry the cost of the project til complete then ask for payment.
