We been in the construction business for over 10 years. In 2021 we decide to open our company, with the goal to succeed in the industry but our main goal is to serve our community with the best results possible. We notice that the construction business have a very serious problem with contractors. Almost 90% of our clients had bad experiences with other contractors before. We might not fix this problem ourselves, but we want, to be the difference and make sure that our clients will call us again if they need our help. Listening to our community and clients is helping us a lot to provide a better service. We are committed to start every job and complete the task on time with all the guarantees and all the agreements made.

Jorge completed three jobs at our home quite well - closet door installation, patch work for ceiling, and custom window wands. Many door companies came to give quotes for our closet door but did not take it up because the doors are of uncommon size. Jorge made custom doors and fit them. He took our feedback and iterated on minor things (like trim around the doors). We had good window wands for a few windows but needed 3 more for 3 other windows. We couldn't find them anywhere. Jorge made them custom for us and installed for a fairly reasonable price. He also left a spare just in case one of the older wands breaks.
We like his commitment to showing results, and would strongly recommend him.

Jorge and his team at Tolentino Structures did an outstanding job for us. They are incredibly talented and hardworking, always keeping the site clean throughout construction and finishing on time. They even went above and beyond what we asked, without requesting additional payment—but we gladly gave them more because they truly earned it. *Value for money*: I got a quote from multiple vendors when I started my Gazebo project, including a couple of them from Thumbtack. Jorge's quote was well within my budget and I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and punctuality. He kept to his promised price despite lumber prices shooting up each day. As things started taking shape we added more to our requirements (we got a beautiful outdoor bar and a shed for storing garden equipment in our sideyard) and he worked with us to squeeze it with minimal impact to the budget. I even had him do my fence staining, and he gave me a group deal when I was able to get other homes from my community to hire him. It was a win-win for everyone.
*Punctual*: I could see him parked in my driveway 5 minutes before our agreed meeting every time. Jorge was prompt, started the project in time, and ended one day before committed. At one point one of his workers called in sick and he was behind on schedule. He came even on the weekends and worked late to get it done (even when I told him to take the time off on the weekend). He is truly committed to his words.
*True craftsman*: Jorge showed me pictures on his phone of work he had previously done and I knew he was exactly the guy I needed for my Gazebo project. Jorge has an eye for detail and is a master craftsman. I was painfully particular about the angle of cuts for some sections of my gazebo. He worked with me to get them exactly the way I wanted. He is a perfectionist, even when I told him something looked good, he would work on it till it looked perfect.
*Customer Service*: About one week after the full payment was done and he officially wrapped the project, I found minor things that needed attention, he came back and took care of it at no additional cost... Wow! Talk about Customer obsession, this guy is awesome!
The final project outcome was breathtaking and exactly what my wife and I had hoped for (check out my photos). He was so nice that on the last day of project he and his workers stayed back late to install my curtain hooks/rods.
Jorge Tolentino is now my go-to guy for all my carpentry needs. Looking forward to getting an indoor lounge/bar and working kitchen next spring, and I already know who is doing it for me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we schedule a quote visit or if you have everything for example measurements and plans of the structure, we can work up a free quote. Quotes may take up to 48 hours which is sent by email.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have a background of experience since 2013 in wood framing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with mostly residential clients here in Washington state, mostly King county, Pierce county and Snohomish county.
