From the very first meeting to the final walkthrough, working with Cara and Ricardo was an absolute pleasure. Their staff was punctual, professional, and genuinely cared about the project from start to finish. The crew was wonderful to work with—friendly, respectful, hardworking, and always willing to answer questions. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and the owners were attentive, responsive, and truly invested in making sure we were happy every step of the way. What impressed us even more was how efficiently they worked. They completed our entire deck in just six days without ever sacrificing quality or attention to detail. At the end of each day, the job site was kept neat and organized, and when the project was finished, they cleaned everything up so thoroughly that it was as if they had never even been there—except for the beautiful new deck they left behind. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Our new deck is absolutely beautiful and has completely transformed our outdoor space. It's rare to find a company that combines such high-quality work with outstanding customer service, but they truly delivered on both. We are incredibly grateful for the care, professionalism, and pride they brought to this project. They did a great job replacing my front porch in 2024! It was very well done with attention to detail. The porch has held up very well over the past 2 years, and still looks brand new. I wanted to keep original detailed trim at the top of my porch awning, and they carefully cut it and reattached it to new posts seamlessly. Would highly recommend!

CLR replaced our deck, added a dry space, and finished a smaller deck on the lower half of our house. Through out the process, they kept us updated on progress, timelines, and several unexpected issues that cropped up and worked with us to resolve them. This was at a second home so the logistics of not having us onsite were likely a bit challenging - but they are always very patient with all our questions. We appreciate all their hard work and would definitely recommend them!
