I can’t say enough about how much I love the work Ricardo and crew did building our beautiful new deck. Everyone I know is tired of hearing about it! For background, the spot was the unusable site of a “seasonal pond”, which was underwater in winter and an eyesore in summer. The deck was built with cement pilings above the water line and bridges to an already existing smaller deck built off the house. It’s such an amazing upgrade! Now, I only wish the rest of my yard looked half as good. From the initial, pressure-free estimate through the quicker-than-I-ever expected completion, communication was clear and helpful. Pricing was also extremely fair for the high quality work.

Ricardo and his team took on my small project — the building of a custom front gabled porch for my house, prepping it for my roof replacement. Ricardo was great at talking through my needs, scoping the project, identifying examples, and coordinating everything across his team (including gutters and electric). His team was able to construct it in a day with minimal disruption - all the guys on the project were polite and eager to please.

We had a firm budget for our deck and siding. This team was able to stick with it and even with the weather the last month we now have a safe second story deck. They even replaced the wood missing under our siding to ensure we had had a water barrier. There were so many hidden concerns underneath and they took care of it while communicating each step. They did great, quality work with photos each day throughout the process.

Simply WOW! I was in such despair as my previous contractor bailed on me and Ricardo and his team came in and took over. Ricardo brought my Sunroom build from ruins to something out of a magazine. His workers are true artists of their craft. Ricardo is so easy to deal with, he’s upfront with you about everything and most importantly, he’s honest and gets the work done. His workers are meticulous, true craftsmen! This is by far the best vendor I have ever worked with. I can’t say enough good things about Ricardo and his team. Honest, dependable, hardworking, and excellent workmanship in every facet of their craft. Thank you CLR for an incredible job. I will look forward to future projects with them.
