- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer completely free no-obligation estimates and design consultations. We also are willing to work with the client on pricing and can offer multiple contract types depending on the scope of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process consists of scheduling a meeting at their earliest convenience and working through their entire project together to truly make sure that we understand their needs. We provide all services in home remodeling and describe every step of the process to our clients to make sure that they know exactly what to expect during each stage of the construction process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad was constantly adding on and making changes to my house growing up and I was required to help him. Eventually, I grew to enjoy it and developed a knack for it so I started working in the industry.
