I had Ryan come remodel my bathroom and tile my fireplace surround and the work was exceptional. I especially appreciated how clean my home was left during the job. The tile work especially is outstanding. Really looking forward to enjoying my new bathroom. It’s nice to have a reliable contractor to count on for future jobs.

We worked with the PCG team on two projects after moving into our new home in May 2021: 1) a renovation of our downstairs family room to remove some old style cabinets and 2) a remodeling of our guest bathroom. Ryan led the team and did an excellent job. The team was able to get both jobs done on time, within budget, and everything looks fantastic. Of course, no project goes perfectly, but anytime an issue came up, Ryan was easy to reach and took care of it. We've since reached out to him for some small jobs (after we had a ceiling leak and to repair some of the wood floor that got damaged) and he was there for us.

We hired Ryan with Pelletier Construction to do some home improvement to our house. We added a small deck to our backyard and also remodeled our 2 bathrooms one of which is our Master Bath. We did it all from tile work, replacing a shower with tub, cabinets, flooring... His bid was very fair, his work ethic was super and the quality of work was excellent. He cares for customer service, with each change or concern he was very attentive and responsive which was great and easy to work with. I definitely recommend working with him and his company and will probably use them again for our future kitchen remodel.

We couldn't have picked a better construction company to help us with our basement remodeling. We had this great space that was not being used for anything but storing stuff we never used. We wanted to make it liveable and possibly rent it out. Pelletier Construction came in and worked their magic. We now have 3 separate rooms down there, each for a different purpose including an art area and an entertainment area. We won't rent it out, we now want it for ourselves! Ryan was wonderful and we'll be calling them again in the spring for our kitchen work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process consists of scheduling a meeting at their earliest convenience and working through their entire project together to truly make sure that we understand their needs. We provide all services in home remodeling and describe every step of the process to our clients to make sure that they know exactly what to expect during each stage of the construction process.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad was constantly adding on and making changes to my house growing up and I was required to help him. Eventually, I grew to enjoy it and developed a knack for it so I started working in the industry.
