If I could give a big fat ZERO i would so let’s start off by saying seriously if u are in desperate need and this man messages you that he can help you with a flat fee RUN!!! RUN as fast as you save your self and your family the heartache this man can cause you!!! When I was looking for an attorney I was in desperate need of help to fight for my kids!!! When we first talked on the phone he told me flat fee 1500 he told everything I WANTED TO HEAR!!! How I had an easy case how my ex husband was a douch the whole nine yards so I agreed to meet with him.What is your typical process for working with a new customer? Initial contact via phone and then set up an free interview/consultation. **** I say this because if you look at the paper he sent me when I fired him he now charged me for the first appt!!! He could only meet me Sunday*** yet he charges me 75 dollars on the paper after firing him!!!and he claims to be so busy during the week. I agreed to go and meet with him! Again he sounded so upfront sounded like he knew what he was doing claimed that no judge would side with him and this should be done with in about 30 days that was July 2017 he STATED the 1500 would cover me to final hearing. I get an email from him saying I need to pay an additional 375 or so for a filing fee I stated I thought that was covered in my 1500 but he said no so me being STUPID a I pay it!! Backing up a little this man never could remember my case not one bit of it. My ex attorney agreed to sit down with us sort of like a mediation I had to email him so many times just to get him to respond back to me about when and where. We never once talked about the process or what would happen or what we would offer till the day of and the other attorney secretary took us into a room that’s when we talked for about 10 min before the other attorney entered*** yet in the papers he charged me fees for preparing??? WHAT DID HE PREPARE??? This man will rip u off I have horrible stories I can go into about him he would never respond to emails but charging me for auto forward emails that say “in court” so it seems he is so busy I’m sick of this all I asked was for a half a refund so I can spend it on another attorney!! Then he sends this bogas receipt! The other attorney looked over my case it was a disaster my case could have been dismissed if my attorney that I have now didn’t step up!! This is March 2018 I fired Dave in February 2018 my case has been filed and we came to an agreement already!!!! PLEASE ALL IM SAYING IS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME PLEASE IM JUST TRYING TO SAVE YOU FROM THE MESS HE WILL CAUSE YOU IN THE LONG RUN!!!! If anyone would like to reach out to me please feel free to I can also give you a number to an amazing attorney!!! *** Dave I gave you the opportunity to make this right before I ever turned to social media as you call it! It’s not social media it’s a site to voice our opinions and weather I say down with you or not you would have never refunded me!! Bogus receipt -- it is an accurate representation of the time I spent on your case. If you disputre it, make an appointment, come in and we can review it line by line -- 300 e-mails
