- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the scope and type of event you are having. We offer special weekday rates as well starting at only $195! If interested in reserving our service we generally require a signed booking agreement and 50% down. Balances are due 1 week prior unless using a purchase order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally hiring a DJ is a once in a lifetime affair for most people so we start by answering a lot of questions. We also will ask questions to get a better understanding of the clients vision, budget and logistics. Typically 2 week before each event we will schedule a time to go over their event in greater detail to make sure everything runs smoothly on the date of their event. We also offer online planning tools and are always accessible via phone, email and text.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in the mobile DJ business since 1989 so we've seen almost everything throughout the years. This helps us know how to be fast on our feet, trouble shoot quickly and most importantly know how to prepare in advance to avoid almost any likely situation.
