- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Services are a flat rate, but our website shows various prices for a number of our services. a $350+ service provides high quality equipment, but not the same quality as a $2,000+ service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we establish the needs and services you desired. I will send the customer an Invoice and a PayPal payment invoice. We will set up meetings to go over the project or event as needed. A Downpayment is required $50+ to book your event happening in the current year.. and $100 for the following year. Payment options: Pay in Full to book, Pay half to Book and final at the event; or Book for $50, pay half remainder 3-4 weeks before, and final after. Wedding Vidoe Payments: $50 to Book, Half down 3-4 weeks in advance, final payment at delivery of Video or Media
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started training in A/V in Middle and High school running audio for assemblies, and working in the school's TV studio. Started DJ in 1998, Stated Teaching TV and Video Production at Franklin High School. Got my AAA From the Art Institute in Seattle. I have spent 5 years working for a local Corporate AV company doing sound and Video for events. I have about 23+ years of quality Servicr to the greater Seattle Area.
