- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $150 for the first 30 minutes. If it takes more than 30 minutes, I charge an additional $50. Honestly, simple drains usually take 90 minutes, there is likely a larger issue at play and we can discuss next steps.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You are more than welcome to text me at the number listed in my profile. I'm generally available for non-emergencies within a day or two.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from drain cleaning, I work with a more advanced plumbing company to keep building skills and fine tuning my abilities.
