- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cleaning services priced at a flat rate based on the location of the exterior vent. $100 trip/camera inspection fee. This charge is waved if customer moves forward with cleaning or repair services. $249+tax for first story cleanings. $50 add-on for each level $50 additional add-on if the vent terminates on the roof. Both up-charges are due to increased time and additional safety equipment needed to access vents above ground level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are CSIA Certified Dryer Exhaust Technicians and have undergone rigorous training and testing to ensure they are capable of diagnosing, repairing, and cleaning all dryer vents.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Years ago, living in a three-story house, I struggled to find someone who could properly clean our dryer vent. Most companies either didn't show up, couldn't provide full service, or left me with more questions than answers. That’s when I realized — my family wasn’t the only one. Many families have no idea how dangerous a clogged dryer vent can be. Even after so-called “professional cleanings,” friends, family, and neighbors were still dealing with slow dryers, overheating, or rising energy bills. Some even went as far as buying a new dryer, thinking that was the fix, when in truth, a proper vent cleaning could have solved the problem. After 17 years in corporate finance and a passion for doing things right, I set out to build more than just another service company — I wanted to create a new standard in home services.
