I called this morning, reporting an outlet that tested with an open ground. Additionally, I was unable to find a GFCI on the same circuit. Mustafa called within 5 minutes, asked a few clarifying questions, estimated the total cost and said he could be here in the afternoon. Mustafa and his helper, Joe, arrived early, diagnosed the problem, replaced the outlet with a GFCI and traced the power line so I know what else if on the line. He also replaced the outdoor outlet cover. The bill was exactly what he had estimated, even though there was additional time and parts needed. I couldn’t be happier with the original referral to All Region Electric by Nextdoor and by the work completed by Mustafa! I’m a fan!
