- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is per item vs an hourly rate. My estimates include a line item breakdown, allowing you to pick and choose the services you would like!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make every effort to respond to every customer within 2 hours. However as a one man company, there may be a delay if I am out in the field or on a particularly intense project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Half a decade of electrical wiring experience. Certified Washington State Residential Electrician. I have worked in new construction, remodels, and specialize in small jobs/service calls.
