Thorough, excellent work and fairly priced. I had a complex project requiring troubleshooting and repair in a house with multiple remodels and former owner was a DIY amateur. Everything needing correcting was repaired, I was educated on options for future projects and recommendations were made on how best to reduce costs overall.

I had an above-ground pool heater install that I needed and nobody was willing to tackle this. I loved that they were willing to do something unusual for our neck of the woods. They did it to code, worked hard to make it happen and it passed inspection with flying colors. So many "professionals" on this site do work without permitting and that is not only illegal but WILL bite you in the butt - if not now, at some point when you try to sell your house and a buyer discovers unpermitted work. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest you can find online, but our rates are pretty standard for other legitimate companies in the industry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I walk the job, then work up the estimate for them. If it’s a job that can be done in a few days or less, we start right then and there. Larger projects take more time to estimate, and more involved scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A 5 year union apprenticeship. That’s 5 years of schooling, and working under the supervision of a journeyman. Then I sat for my state test. I have required CEU’s to keep up my license. I also have my administrators license, enabling me be the administrator Great Northwest Electric. It was a 7 hour test!
